Amateur Owl is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania based artist creating melty ambient soundscapes that blur the lines between indie, psych rock, experimental / ambient post-rock, and slowcore shoegaze. Blending layers of atmospheric guitar, noise, keyboard/synth, bass, and the occasional field recording; Amateur Owl creates music that feels intimate, expansive, curious, and exploratory.
